Good conversations need safe boundaries

Community and Safety Rules

These rules cover peer calls, Specialists, chat, games and shared exercises. Anyone may end a call without explanation. Silence or earlier agreement is not consent to later conduct.

1. Respect and consent

  • Listen without ridicule, pressure or unsolicited diagnosis.
  • Ask whether the other person wants advice or simply to be heard.
  • Respect refusal, silence, disabled features and ending the call.
  • Do not demand personal data, money, pictures, off-platform contact or uncomfortable tasks.

2. Strictly prohibited conduct

  • Nudity, exposed genitals, masturbation, pornography and sexual conduct, even if the peer agrees.
  • Threats, violence, harassment, stalking, blackmail, hate and discrimination.
  • Encouraging suicide, self-harm, violence, eating disorders or substance abuse.
  • Impersonating a professional, falsifying qualifications or promising outcomes.
  • Scams, phishing, sales spam, recruitment and exploitation of lonely or vulnerable people.
  • Sexual or romantic contact with minors or attempts to obtain their data or material.
  • Evading bans, bots, attacks and unlawful conduct.

3. Recording, streaming and privacy

Recording audio, video or chat, screenshots, live streaming, showing the call to third parties, publishing it and using it to train AI are prohibited. Peer consent does not waive this MVP rule.

The Platform cannot stop a separate phone or external recorder. Use a nickname and neutral background, hide documents and personal locations, and end and report any suspicious call.

4. Crisis

The Platform is not an emergency service and calls are not continuously monitored. If life or health is in immediate danger, contact local emergency and crisis services. Do not promise absolute confidentiality or attempt an intervention that puts anyone in danger.

5. Additional Specialist rules

  • Use an accurate professional name, current MamPomoc profile and truthful role description.
  • Stay within competence and applicable ethics; do not promise results or crisis cover.
  • Do not use aggressive sales or move sensitive data to private messengers without a valid basis.
  • Protect the account and switch availability off after duty.

6. AI and exercises

  • An Avatar is AI, not a human or therapist. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, prescriptions or crisis instructions.
  • Any challenge, breathing, meditation or game may be skipped or stopped.
  • Do not exercise while driving, in water, around machinery, or with pain, breathlessness, panic or severe dizziness.
  • Do not use a game result to diagnose, rank a person's worth or pressure a peer.

7. Reporting and enforcement

End an unsafe call and use Report. Provide only what a moderator needs and do not publish a recording. Contact the proper authorities for immediate danger or crime.

Violations may lead to call termination, matching limits, suspension or a ban. Significant restrictions can be sent for human review at [SAFETY EMAIL]. Malicious reports are prohibited.
